1.     Shipment of Your Order

· We regularly ship to USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, and Singapore.

· If you are from another country, please contact us to explore the possibility of a special shipment.

· We make our best efforts to ship each product in your order within 7 working days of order placement.

· Orders requiring customization will require additional time and will usually be shipped within 10 working days.

· In exceptional cases, such as high demand periods or force majeure conditions, shipping may take longer.

· If there is an abnormal delay in shipping, we will notify you via email or phone as per the details provided.

· Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in India will not be considered as working days.

· While we strive to ship all items together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

· Products ordered from www.vasundhara.store cannot be delivered to any address in India and must be shipped internationally.

· If you wish to send a gift to someone an address in India, please use our domestic website and select an appropriate payment method.

2.     Tracking & Delivery of Your Order

· You will receive a tracking link from our delivery partner within 24 hours of order shipment.

· Delivery timelines for international orders depend on customs clearance for both export from India and import into your country.

· You may be required to complete certain formalities for the import of goods into your country, which is your sole responsibility.

· Our delivery partners will attempt delivery three times before returning the package.

· Please provide your correct full address, PIN code, and relevant landmarks to ensure smooth delivery.

· If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe as per tracking details, please contact us for any necessary support.

3.     Pricing Policy & Shipping Costs

· Prices displayed on our website do not include shipping costs.

· Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors such as weight, volume, payment mode, and shipping address.

· International pricing may differ from INR pricing due to currency exchange rate fluctuations.

· Additional charges such as payment gateway fees and merchant discount rates may apply based on the selected payment mode.

· Any import taxes / duties applicable under your country’s laws must be borne by you. The courier company will bill you separately for any such taxes / duties at the time of delivery.

· We cannot estimate import taxes / duties at checkout, as they vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities.
